

Regulations for IT&F Graduation Thesis Advisor Selection
A total of 14 classes of Graduation Thesis Studies are taught. Topics and advisors are as the following.

Each advisor is limited to two study groups, with each study group consisting of no more than five students. Students must form own study groups and select a representative.
The Graduation Thesis is divided into two stages. In the first stage, students must first select three priorities. Those advisors who have been listed first priority by more than two groups are allowed to select one group. In the second stage, groups without advisors will be drawn according to their priorities.
The deadlines of advisor selection are as the following:
The Priority Registration Card is due before 3:00 pm either by email or sent to the department secretary’s office
The course will automatically be selected for the students in the following semester. Students who wish to change advisors must have the consent of both team members and advisors.
Regulations for IT&F Graduation Thesis Presentation
Deadline and Presentation Dates for the Graduation Thesis
The initial draft should be turned in 10 days before the presentation date. The presentation date is around November and December and will be announced on the department website. All department courses are temporary postponed on the presentation day.
Information Regarding the Graduation Thesis Draft
The initial draft must be approved by the advisor. If the draft is not approved by the advisor, the student must retake the Graduation Thesis Study course the next semester.
Presentation Scheduling
Groups will be divided into two divisions, International Business and Finance. Presentations will be held in different conference rooms and the sequence in which groups present will be drawn by the department.
Presentation Location
The presentation will be located at the 9th floor of the Msgr. Fahy Memorial Building. The two conference rooms are switched between International Business and Finance Divisions every year.
Presentation Time Limits
Each group will have a total 30 minutes. Student oral presentation should be under 18 minutes while the remaining time is left for questions and comments.

The Judge panel is composed of department professors and divided into two groups, International Business and Finance. The following is the Judge Panel from previous years.
Judging Methods
Judging Criteria
The thesis is judged on two bases. Structure, topic relevancy, research detail, and academic contribution are major areas of focus in the written paper. Structure, team spirit, and Power of persuasion are judged on the day of the presentation. The final score will be totaled.
Awards
The top three groups of each division will be awarded prize money and certificates.
Prize Money
Post Presentation Correction
After the presentation, students must make corrections to the thesis according to the questions presented by the judge panel. The final revision must be reviewed by the advisor and sent to the department secretary.
IT&F Academic Newsletter
The awarded groups must summarize their thesis into 30 pages and sent to the department secretary to be printed in the IT&F Academic Newsletter.
