Admissions

1. Eligibility:

   1. Applicants must have diploma from either Public/Private High Schools or above
   2. Applicants must have qualifications required to join College Entrance Examinations and have already completed the General Scholastic Ability Test.

   Description	Students must finish English test requirements before the end of the sophomore year, reaching Level B2 or the CEF Tests (or TOEIC 750).  If the Students fail to reach this criterion, they are required to retake the examination in their junior years and once before graduation in order to graduate.

Transfer Students

1. Eligibility:

   1. Applicants must have completed the first year of undergraduate studies
   2. Applicants who have already graduated must have completed military service or have no military service obligations.
   3. Applicants from technical schools must have completed military service or have no military service obligations.

2. Deadlines:

   Application is during May and June, while Tests are held in July. Please refer to the FJU Announcements Website for further info

3. Tested Subjects:

   1. Calculus/Accounting
   2. Economics
   3. English

4. Class Size:

   Class size is subject to change. See department announcements for more info.

Applying for a Double Major

1. Eligibility:

   Undergraduates of the university can apply for a double major starting from the 2nd semester of the freshman year. Students must have an academic score top 60% of the class. Applicants are limited to one double major application each semester.

2. Requirements:

   • Academic Score Report Card
   • Application Form
   • Related Material

3. Procedures:

   1. Application is around May.
   2. Students must receive application form from department offices and turn in before the deadline.

4. Class Size:

   The department has an annual quota of 20 students. However, this may be subject to change. For more information, refer to the Office of Academic Affairs Website.

5. Other Requirements for Applying for a Double Major

   1. Average academic scores must reach an average of over 75, with no academic subjects failed.
   2. Applicants must enclose a statement of purpose limited to one A4 paper.
   3. Applicants will be interviewed. See details at the department website.

To receive the double major, students must complete all compulsory courses of IT&F.

Applying for a Double Minor

1. Eligibility:

   Undergraduates of the university can apply for a double major starting from the 2nd semester of the freshman year. Average academic scores must reach an average of over 75, with no academic subjects failed.

2. Procedures:

   Application is around May. Students must receive application form from department offices and turn in before the deadline.

Applying for a Department Transfer

1. Undergraduates of the university can apply for a department transfer starting from the 2nd semester of the freshman year.
2. Students from departments that limit department transfers may not apply.
3. Students who are admitted will not be allowed to transfer back to the original departments
